Eastwood product or Rustolium? Body off resto, weekend car , Garage kept. It will be in factory trim with a modified driveline and suspension.

Both. I really liked the Eastwood stuff (rust converter and encapsulator) on the frame, if your frame is not sandblasted to remove all the rust. After that I used Rustolieum because it looked similar, seemed tough enough and was a lot cheaper.

Both are good products, I used Eastwood's rust encapsulator and extreme satin chassis black on my car with excellent results.

Por15 is another option. I imagine it is very similar to the Eastwood product. They do have a chassi black. I have used it and it is very good.

I would also suggest POR 15. I've used their products before and I was very happy with it.

The POR15 chassiscote black is nice but I thought it was a bit too glossy.
I did the underside of the hood and cowl with it.

Eastwood Underhood Black is just right for that, firewall, floor pans, engine brackets, core support.
Earlier supports were glossy but mine and the one I replaced it with were more like the firewall, you can buff it out if you thinks it's too dull.

I used NAPA Martin-Senour Extreme Chassis Black on my frame.
You get it at NAPA stores and it comes in big spray cans.
I never used it before but it looks just right and has held up really well with no primer.
They didn't prime frames originally and they were never powdercoated.
