connecting rods for a 63 starfire

Anyone knows if the connecting rods r the same for a 394 low and high compression engines Got a 63 starfire engine that is going to need some replaced for my rebuild im having done.

Joe P. can give the definitive answer. I think they are the same. The difference in compression is because of the pistons, not the connecting rods.

They are the same. Their main difference from the 425 rods from 1965-7 are that 394s are bronze bushed for floating pins, irrc. Later rods use pressed pins.
