Any one know where to find new body mounts and core supports for my starfire restoration?

 

Have you tried Kanter? They seem to have some of that weird stuff for my 55...

 

Fusik's has the core support kits. The body mounts are a whole different problem. I was unable to find the metal cones (mine were rusted away) anywhere. I know a lot of usable ones are sent to the crusher because the recyclers don't even think about how hard they are to get. For the rubber cushions, I measured the originals and looked through Steele Rubber's book until I found something as close as possible. I don't remember now but I think they came from a Buick or Pontiac.
