Can any one tell me where to find body mounts and core support for my starfire restoration?

You will also get automatic email responses when someone replies. Suggest you should delete one of these posts to streamline responses or ask one of the mods to merge it for you.

 

You can obtain the core support kits from Fusick Automotive Products. They show the kit to be for 66-70 88's and 98's but the parts book says Starfire is the same. Body mounts is a whole different story. After much looking, I finally settled on measuring the rubber parts and searching the Steele catalog for the nearest fit. I don't remember what car they came from but it might have been a Pontiac or Buick. The steel cones are not available unless you happen to find a salvage yard with a body still on the frame. So many are just crushed and they never think about some of these very hard-to-find pieces.
