61 f85. can you bore it?

hi iv been on here many times . i have a 61 f85 . 215 v8 2barrel. i keep seeing oversize pistons 10 20 30 over .but being a aluminum block doesn't it have sleeves . i do not see replacement sleeves anywhere . is this just some scam that turns out to be a lengthy machine shop visit basically not worth it? would a machine shop have to bore and make sleeves? thanks for any info . im not trying to build a crazy race engine from this little thing lol , just would like to bore it when i rebuild it possibly 10 over .rather then honing

They have sleeves in them and can be bored. I would recommend talking to these people. They will have anything you need including great advice.
