I am not sure where to find any. Out of all the cars and parts cars I have had, only the set on our rust free original paint car are good. I was lucky enough to find an NOS set for my 4 speed car that I am restoring but is the only ones I have ever seen.

Maybe try these guys. They're out west with mostly western cars, so a better chance at finding usable sheetmetal. They have several '61-'62 F85s. I am assuming here that the '61 and the '62 shared the exact same part you are looking for. I could be wrong though.

Another idea. Are the sheetmetal parts interchangeable with the Buick, or Pontiac Y bodies? If so, that might widen your search parameters. I don't know the answer myself as I am learning as well. Others here may though.

I can understand wanting to replace this part and if you can find it, why not? Go for it! However, if it becomes an unending quest and great expense, I would just salvage that part. It's not that bad. I've seen worse.

After blasting all of it, then trim away the rotted parts and weld in new sheetmetal. Then grind and shape to original. The deeply pitted areas fill with body filler and repaint. My understanding is, this isn't structural and nobody except you will see it. The restored piece will look almost as good as a brand new part.
