Hydro e lectric (http://www.hydroe.com/) them also (about 140 each), as well as many other parts houses. The Chevelle ones are the same as the Cutlass, so you can get them at a chevy place too.
Of course all this depends on the car - you did not mention what they are on.
I have never seen rebuild kits for them, but I never really looked. I would get a pair of new ones (+ hoses) to get you on the road and maybe when you have time, look into rebuilding the old ones for spares.
It is best to replace both, because if one leaked, the other will do so soon. This way you remove the rear interior and bleed the system only once.
