Steering Wheel Removal

Guys any thoughts on how to remove this stearing wheel? See pics. i removed the center bolts but no luck. This is on a 69 cutlass s that i have had around for a few years.

I think you have to pry out the horn button to access the retainting nut

Remove the cap. The wheel should be held on to a mounting kit by three bolts. That will get the wheel off. To get the mounting kit off you will need a puller.
