Looking for water hoses F-85

Hi!
Looking for new water/cooling hoses to F-85 1963.
Anyone know where to find? (if its possible?)
Have done some googling without success.
Patricularly the one going from front of engine(above) to heater core on passenger side.

Have you been to your local auto parts store?

Instead of googling, you need to visit the website of actual parts vendors. Rockauto.com shows availability of both the upper and lower radiator hoses for your car. Some are specific to your car, others are universal hoses that can be bent to fit your car.

As far as heater hoses, those are not normally pre-made. Just measure the length you need and the diameter of the fittings it attaches to and buy that length and inside diameter of heater hose from the local auto parts store.

He's primarily asking about the molded heater hoses. RockAuto does not list those. No one sells them. I had to use generic heater hose.

I don't think you'll need metal pipes. Just need to buy a length of flexible hose for the radiator or heater hose for the heater core and cut it to the length you need, if necessary.

If I can remember, I have some part numbers for replacement hoses that fit really well. I will have to look tonight for them.

Looks like one of them is a gates part number 21860. The other number I have I believe is Jetfire only.

That sounds exciting 😮
Part number 21860 seems to be som other location than my need #1. I will try to locate that one, I might need that as well. Thanks!

I hope you find the other number also 👍

Ok I will look at it if I dont find any molded one that fits, thanks!
It might be a bit tricky without folding it, there’re two 90degrees bends just before the heater core.

That might be a part of it, if I have to make one by my self with a lengthening joint.

I will try to insert a photo where I have marked it with a red line...

OK, I forgot that the Cutlass and F-85 use a rubber hose this full length. On the Jetfire, this is a metal pipe and this S hose fits that part from the back of the metal pipe.

I was thinking the same solution actually, why couldn’t it be a steel pipe with rubber ends instead? Maybe I will do same design as on your Jetfire then.
Is it made of stainless steel?

Just be sure that the rubber sections are long enough to provide flexibility for engine vibration. You don't want to be flexing the hose fittings on the heater core. That won't end well.

It is just mild steel. Actually, many of them rust out over the years. You could use the S hose I posted above and from that go to pipe. That would be long enough to be safe. The front side just goes to the water pump so no worries there, any elbow rubber hose would work there.
