hood latch aka sharks tooth
how many of you hit your heads on the latch hanging off the hood? I always forget its there and 9 out 10 times run into it... today the sharks tooth did some damage and left a nice scar! arrrrgh

I can see that on the 69s and 70s w the hood tooth, but I havent hit my head on my 72s latch....now watch it will happen this weekend....no it wont my hood is on the roof of my car at the moment

Being short is an advantage in this situation.
5'7" for me and I just clear my 70's divider!

And anybody who looks under the hood....should put a full grille in it and remove it all together.....or I could watch where I am going

i came up with a new invention, as humans we always evolve

take a packing styrofoam block you may have, put the latch right through it, youre gonna hit your head but at least it wont hurt or scar next time...
