67 w30 horns

looking at pics of 67 w30 engines and I see some pics of horns on inside of fenders near oai tubes. Why some are there and other pics don’t show horns at all. Confussing

You are seeing the location specified in the installation instructions for the OAI package. The horns are moved to make room for the ductwork.
