66 Cutlass AC

I am rebuilding my AC system on my 66 Cutlass Sports Coupe. The compressor needed to be coaxed into turning by hand with a large cheater. It has been out of the car for over 20 years. My buddy and I are installing a o-ring kit in the A-6. The inside of the compressor looked good. No hard failure. Looks like the original shaft seal went bad. A wrong o-ring kit came, so I ordered one from a different vendor. I went with the upgraded shaft seal. Where should I get a replacement dryer? The www shows them from $15 to $156 bucks and everything in between. I bought the appropiate pag oil with the UV dye. All of the old oil has been drained. I will be going to R134a. Where do I get the adapter valve that goes on the POA valve? Is that with the CCOT kit and if so, what else is in that kit? Do I need one of those kits? What is the best way to flush out the lines? Sorry for all of the questions…..
