SSI style wheels for 1966 98?

SSI style wheels for 1966 98?
I'm looking at a 1966 98, and think it would look good with some SSI-ish wheels, but the repops are only 4x4.75 bolt pattern. Anyone have any ideas on something that looks OEM in a 5x5 bolt pattern?

I put a set of these wheels on my 84 (8 they were optional on I think 71 thru 73 88 are 5 on 5 hard to find but I like them sorry can,t find better pic The upper wheel used 1977 thru 79 on 88 and 98 if equipped with 5 5 wheels my 78 Delta 66 with 403 had them

those are what is called the ss IV wheels i have 1 but no center cap.i used to have a set on my 64 starfire but they just didn't look right,so i found some tru-spoke wire wheels with 3 bar knock offs,now those looked awesome.
