1972 98 2 door

Added a new Oldsmobile to the garage. Found it on CL and was less than a mile from my work.
Was sold new at local Olds dealer. Same building I worked in for several years with VW.

48,800 miles (looks to be legit so far)
455 4bbl
Spotless black interior, power windows, seats and a/c
Newer tires, brakes, exhaust, radiator, a/c parts.
Frame and under body un believably solid.
Paint shines but worn.
All trim on car or accounted for.
Three small spots of body rust. Lower front fenders and on one skirt.
Back glass needs reseal.

Came with factory service manual, sales brochure, bunch of spare parts and the build sheet in a plastic envelop.

Wow, that's a great find! She looks like she was really well taken care of. Congrats and I agree, nice garage as well !

Where in NY are you ? The New England Olds Club annual show is in Berlin, CT on September 18th if you're not too far away. It's a great show and your new 98 would fit in perfectly as we now get a good turnout of 71-76 full sized, mostly 98's.

I love those big cars!
They have such a nice feel to them going down the highway.
Luxury at it's best.

Nice! It would really be awesome to have your car there. I'm expecting about 7 or so '71 - 76 full sized, almost all of which are 98's so your car will be well received.

Here's the flyer for the show. We've been getting around 135 cars each year lately. It's a really nice, ONLY OLDS show. It's the biggest All Olds show on the east coast!
