1970 Toronado

Hello,

I found this forum while looking for some parts and i said it would a good idea to join it. Hope i will find fellow owners and enthusiasts. I already saw that there is another member here from Europe, Germany that has a 1970 Toro.

The car it's just out of paint shop and i am starting to put it back together, which will be a long process, but hope at least that will be smooth and i will be able to complete it in a timely manner.

I found this car 10-11 years ago in a yard, i might have some pictures from back then. I talked with the owner for about 2 years after he finally sold it. It wasn't cheap but i want it so, the cost passed on the second plan Now i have it, let's see if i am up to the job.

Alex.

Found and after paint

Here it's the Toro as i found it and after a while, painted.

Now comes the task of putting everything back and also to find some parts which seems to be very hard to find.

I have a 70 Toro parts car.
Interior fire ruined a lot inside, and rust ate the body, but I may have underhood or outer Stainless trim items that could help.

Hey, nice car!

Drum bun! And "Ausgezeichnet", too - Had a girlfriend from Brasov for 7 years, I know most Romanians learn German at school.
