flexplate problem

flexplate problem

parted out 1981 buick riviera fwd,had a 307 olds moter,trying to find right flywheel so i can put it in rwd car,just got a olds 350 flywheel,it dont fit

What does "it dont fit" mean, exactly? An Olds 350 flexplate will bolt to any 307 crank. The FWD 307s DID use a smaller diameter flexplate than any other Olds motor, but that doesn't affect how the flexplate bolts on. All Olds motors from 1968-1990 use the same crank flange bolt pattern. Are you SURE that flexplate is from an OLDS 350?

joe_padavano i didnt check for bolt pattern,you was right,it fits thank you very much
