My name is Joe and I am currently fixing up a less popular 84 Toronado. It has the tuned down 307 of the 80's and the worst braking system ever. Still, I see potential in it as a nice cruiser. All the trim work in getting stripped off, including the Landau top. It will soon have a Matte Black paint job that more closely resembles a Cutlass with my own touches here and there. Future plans are to retro fit the rear discs that weren't designed so well with drums from the '79-80 models and get the horses out of this V8 with earlier timing gear and intake swaps. Probably some exhaust mods. Nothing rad. The final drive would probably splatter into a million pieces. That's me in Kentucky, real close to Cincinnati, Ohio on the river.
