New guy from Sweden
Hello!
Just got my car to Sweden. I bought it from a guy in Florida. It´s a Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme SX 455 Convertible.
This is my first old US car so expect a lot of questions
A few pics (ps they stole 3 beauty rings) Pics are thumbnails
30 more pics when the car was still in Florida: http://speedpictures.net/ForSale/197...ible_white.htm
And a little videoclip of my girlfriend and son listening to the music of the 455 http://s8.photobucket.com/albums/a2/...rtarOldsen.mp4

Great score! Looks like you won't have much to do to this one. My first car was a '70 SX.(see avatar) Hope to have another someday.......Get used to the fuel gauge being where it's at in the photo
Those big block Rockets can get very thirsty, even in the climate where you live! Enjoy...

Welcome aboard! Nice looking car - reminds me of one in my garage...
Your summer is perfect for tops down cruising. Here it is too hot now.
That Olds sure dwarfs that little SUV - Surprised it can pull that much weight!
I like the traditional Swedish colors of your garage/house/shop.

Welcome Mattia-SS! You wouldnt happen to be the same Mattia-SS that is also on the ImpalaSSforum would you? Im on the Impala forum too. I have a 95SS, 94 9C1, and just picked up my 72 Cutlass Supreme a month or 2 ago. I have the same screen name on that forum.
This site is GREAT. It has helped me tons with the searches I have been doing. Do you have any literature for your Cutlass? The Service manual, Assembly manual, etc. I have all for mine and it helps TONS. Send me a PM if you need any of that info and I will help you out.
Again Welcome, and what a BEAUTIFUL Cutlass! One day mine might be as sexy as yours is.
Joe

Hi Joe! I recognize your nickname from the forum.
Yes it´s the same Mattia-SS
Still got my SS but now I´m not sure wich one to keep. I love my SS that´s for sure but one has to go.
I havent had the chance to get the feeling of the Olds yet since the paperwork won´t be finished in another 1-3 months. Maybe I hate driving a convertible with a bigblock V8
!!
And of course..Yes, this seems to be a very good forum with lots of nice and helpful people. Just as the Impalassforum. You Yanks are a helpful people :-) To tell you the truth I don´t know how I would manage without this forum. There are of course good forums in Sweden too but due to our small population there aren´t so may members on each one and of course not so many cars of one and the same kind.
