Newbie with an Oldie!

Hi all, just introducing myself and my 75 Delta 88 Yellow Rose (my mothers favorite flower)

Picked this boat up at the beginning of October and have been wrenching away since. So far full tune up, replaced most of the lights, did some carb adjustments and started painting the white vinyl over. It's currently getting motor mounts installed looking to get new headers and exhaust installed next. What would you guys recommend for headers?

Still up in the air about tires as GOOD whitewalls are hard to find or incredibly expensive. Can any recommend a good convertible top shop in the Louisiana area, don't mind traveling to TX for work.

I truly enjoy these older cars as my Grandpa owned many Buicks, Olds, and Chevy from this era and riding around with him made great memories..this was before car seats lol. I look forward to interacting more and hopefully provide some knowledge along the way as I continue to dig deeper into this beauty. Cheers

Just a splash of white vinyl paint on everything to freshen it up until a full interior redo
🍻

Welcome to the site, congrats on your new toy. I would not put headers on it, just go with true duals with the stock manifolds and high flow mufflers.

Thanks for the welcome and insight. Is there any particular reason not to put headers? I'm looking at the Thornton headers and they look to meet my needs. Going for nice, new, clean exhaust from block to tips.

There is no real advantage of shorty headers over stock manifolds.
