Hi Korey; welcome to the forum. That's a nice looking '65. I've got one also. You can use the search function to answer many of your questions. If you can't find an answer, post your question. If the only problem with the bumpers is the plating, you may be able to get them replated.

We;come Korey Nice looking car. I have a 65 Cutlass 330 4 speed. They are a fun car to drive. As far as questions, the only stupid questions are the one not asked. This advice was from a very smart man,my Dad. Bassinguy

Korey,
Welcome,
If you have difficulty with the search engine here put it into the googler. It will help zero in better and will often bring you right back here.

Explore the classified section here. Place a wanted ad.

Investigate some of the more reputable platers. They often have a stock of core bumpers. Or send yours out to them. NorthStar/Keyston Minneapolis/St Paul, MN is who I've used with show quality results.(Triple Chrome).
Not sure where to send ya in CA? A local plater would save a ton (Mg) on shipping.

Welcome, sweet car. Are you missing the panel between the tail lights or is it just badly pitted like mine was? The previous owner had painted it flat black and it looked God awful. What I did to mine was to fill and sand the piting using blonde and glass. I then spray painted it with a "chrome" paint that closely ressembled the original silver background colour. The next step was the hardest. I got some chrome vinyl wrap and applied it to all the chromed areas. This takes lots of patience as the chrome wrap is not as flexible as regular wrap. Here is a pic of the final results, not perfect but 100% better than it was.

When you look on EBAY nothing but pitted panels. finding one with out pits good luck. I have parts too but the 65 eye brows are on EBAY a great set for $88 NEW repo. I have a set they look great. I do have some side moldings I could sell.
