Tranny fluid

the definition of an “Expert” is someone from outta town.....according to my pops...what kind of tranny fluid you guys running in the Th 400 married up to a 455?

I bought this and put it in my '78 Toronado. Works fine.

That was the old racing trick in the 1960s. Use Type F in a GM trans and you get firmer shifts. The B&M Trick Shift fluid was pretty much just Type F.
