s. ms car nut

here is my first post. I love cars-especially ones before 1957. Have a 1937 Olds 4 dr. touring sedan sitting on virtually a complete 1984 olds 98 307 v-8 chassis. All running gear is original . great cruiser, even transferred most of the dash instruments. love this car, also have a 1947 ford 2 dr sedan street rod-tune port,700R-4, and 1955 chev. 1/2 ton show truck w/383 stroker and lots of polished billet. Am very interrested in meeting people that have similar interests & it seem that this site has all that . hope to talk with many of the registered participants soon. see ya!

Welcome to CO. I have heard of marriages between an 80's chassis/drivetrain and an older fat-fendered body before. Bet it is nice.

cut front & rear off 84, took out middle to accomodate body fit, put back with same size square tubing while adding abour 4 inches to total length, changed carb to regular quadrajet, used 37 radiator, used 84 wire spokes on 15 inch wheels, rest is bone stock chassis, engine, trans, rear end a/c/ even used most of 84 dash, late model chrysler bucket seats & rear seat. a really cool car, draws attention like crazy everywhere we go. solid white, burgundy velour cloth interrior. will get pics soon for you'all. thanks for the welcome. kenb47
