I have a 1969 Olds 442 with recessed wipers. When turning wipers on they won't work unless I nudge the control arm connected to the motor. They then work fine but won't work again after being off. I have checked to make sure they aren't caught on anything but no help. Installed new motor and pump but problem still persists. I am at a loss why this problem occurs. Help!
