3 = Oldsmobile Division
84 = Ninety Eight
57 = Holiday Coupe
LAN = Lansing assembly plant
207306 = Fisher Body sequential number
TR070 = black bench seat interior with armrest
55 B PNT = Tahitian Turquoise (55) lower body color with Black (B) vinyl top
11E = built the fifth week (E) of November (11), 1968

fist line is clear so far 73 Oldsmobile Omega Coupe
produced 1. Week of September

for the rest I would be glad get some helping hands

I have a little more:
27= coupe "pillar"
W=Willow run plant
75-75 omega red top and bottom

You've got most of it. TR917 is white cloth interior and A52 is bench seat. I don't know what the "2", "W", or "0409" at the bottom refer to.

87 = Coupe
EUC = Lansing body assembly plant (where all Toro bodies were made)
712548 = Fisher Body sequence number
TR080 = Black Strato Bench seat
46 B = Ming Jade Poly (lower) with Black (B) vinyl top
10B = built second week of Oct, 1969.
