I try to find out what kind of moter and transmission it is
the moter unit number is 49x115087 and the number of the
transmission is 8640481 CDF do you now what it means
or in what year its made ?

That should be a 1979 Buick motor.
4 - Buick Division of GM
9 - Model year uses the last digit of the decade it was produced in.
x - whatever letter appears here represents the production factory
115087 - This is the last 6 digits of the VIN the engine was built for.
As far as the transmission goes, I think you have the casting number there. I'm pretty sure the CDF is the foundry casting that did all these molds. Usually you can find out the transmission from the stamping in the governor cover on 350's.
