Outside Mirrors for Classic Oldsmobile1937 LS Touring Sedan
Hello,
I am finally an owner of a classic car. I have an fully restored 1937 four door LS touring sedan in need of mirrors. I do not want the type that mounts to the side of the door as it will scratch the paint. I am looking for the round classic mirrors that have a drop in pin that mounts in the door hinge. I have seen a few on various web sites that mount in the door hinge but it appears that one would have to remove the door to install them. I am looking for the type that would just drop into the hinge and bolt? at the bottom of the hinge to secure. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the site. There are lots of good folks here. Everybody always wants to see pictures of the newbies car so bring them on.
You might try looking at the Dennis Carpenter website. It is a Ford and Cushman website but he probably has some of those type mirrors for a 39-40 Ford. Whether they will work or not I don't know. Good luck.
