yes I am bought it in Hamden CT it has never ran in the winter time,always been in my garage in the winter months becuz of salt on the roads,my wife and I only drive it rarely to keep the battery charged LOL and thats the truth,we dont need to drive it,we have 4 other cars including to big motorcycles to ride
