No doubt about it - go with glass in the rear window. That's the way they came originally and I re-did both my '68 and '69 4-4-2 convertibles with rear glass windows. A useful hint on which brand of top to buy, especially if you are going to have an upholsterer or someone experience in convertible top installation do it, is to ask that person which brand of top they like to use. The professionals have their favorites and there are some tops the professionals will absolutely refuse to install. So check with the upholsterer first before you buy a top.
