Post New member from paris

hello
A first post to introduce myself

I live in Paris and I'm fan of the sixties. I collect old scooters but I'm fan of american cars.

At the beginning of last year I bought my first American car, a 64 Cutlass convertible.

The car was imported in France in 1964 by GM France Gennevilliers (near Paris), the tachometer is in kilometer. I think it should be the only one Cutlass 64 convertible imported in France. I bought the car in the south of France at Arles (French cote d'azure).
The has just been repainted in his original color, and i think the motor has been changed but I'm not sure

Some pictures of from Paris

She is sweet looking, no doubt! Pray tell, if it is a '64 how did it end up with a plate that has the numerals 1963 on it?

Welcome!
A sweet car you have - it will really stand out amogst all those tiny lookalikes that I saw there!

I was in Paris in 2005 - I really enjoyed it there and hope to return soon.
Sure, dinner at the top of the Eiffel Tower made a lasting memory, but the Catacombs was even more memorable!!

Bienvenu au forum.

That is a very nice looking car. I like the colour. It is different to see the yellow headlight bulbs on your car.

Welcome to the forum. Nice ride. I never ceases to amaze me of how many members there are outside the US that own Oldsmobiles.

As a fan of Citroens and Panhards, welcome!

Very cool the speedo is in km/h too.

Just don't play that Johnny Halliday stuff too loud when the top is down!

That block # was used from 1968-76 on all 350's.
We need to see more numbers to tell exactly what year 350.
Look below the #1 spark plug (pad on block) for numbers on block.

Good to have you here!
