Your car looks great too...
Since you are from Texas,
I bought mine from Classic cars liquidators in Sherman, do you know them ?

from the rear

as you can see there is a driver's door issue
although the car does not seem to have been in a accident...

Geez Bernard - I should have rode over there in the car! I love Paris - my favorite big city. I was there 3 days back in 2005 with my ex - looking forward to go back soon....

Welcome to the forum and try to post some pictures of your car along with some of the famous structures of Paris!

Edit - Nice car! You posted while I was writing.
Looks like the door striker needs adjustment. Use a big torx wrench to loosen it like a bolt and shove it in some.
Check the hinge pins also for sloppiness by trying to lift the door from the edge while open.

Sherman is about 45 minutes north of me - I was there last year at this time on a short vacation. Was memorable

BTW, I still regret not trying to scam a bone from the catacombs........................

Glad your car arrived safely, I'm familiar with but never did business through Classic Car Liquidators in Sherman. They usually have a great many cars on Ebay mostly driver quality and inexpensive.

Welcome to the site! Nice car!

Door looks like it may need hinges or just hinge pins and bushing. Just a guess
