New from Houston

Hey there forum.

I joined this to help me find my next project car. My first car when I was 16 was a 1972 Cutlass Supreme. It was an eyesore with the rust but the interior was cherry and the drivetrain I completely rebuilt. Fast forward 18 years and I am now married and with two kids and figured it would be good to get my hands on a great project Olds. Ideally, I am trying to find a legit original 1969-1971 442 with a manual trans. There are many cars out there but it is frustrating that the vast majority are pieced together from random car parts.

Anyway, I should be a regular in here before long.

Thanks
Sean

Welcome aboard. There are more 69-71 442's popping up now that I'm sure were ever made, so it's a good thing you're watching carefully. Every so often an original car comes around.

I got mine when I was 16 as well! Hope you find something cool. Shouldn't be hard here!
