New guy - 1970 olds cutlass supreme, 1971 olds cutlass

Hello, I am from Maryland and have two oldsmobiles. I have a 1971 oldsmobile cutlass 4 door that was my first car. When I got the cutlass it had been sitting outside for over 10 years and was in pretty bad condition. I restored it and did everything but the paint job myself. I had to replaced the engine and transmission and I put a 2.5 inch pypes dual exhaust on it. The interior was faded and it had no carpet or headliner so I redid the whole interior in red. I also painted everything under the hood and kept the engine stock. Here are some pictures of it.

The other oldsmobile I have is a 1970 cutlass supreme. This is a race car that was built for drag racing. It has a built 455 engine, th400 trans, chevy 12 bolt rear with 3.73 gears. The guy I bought it from said the engine was too radical for him. It has some small quiet mufflers on it now but it is still loud. It has wide rear wheels with racing slicks and it will still spin the tires easy. Also the front suspension will lift up alot and it feels like it could lift the front tires off the ground. It had alot of weight reduction done to it. The AC and heater box and alot of other stuff was removed and it has racing seats in it and a pin on hood. I am working on getting it where I could drive it on the road.

I bet the '70 is a fast one but I just love the interior on the '71 it's the first thing I noticed. It really looks good. Welcome to CO.

Thanks, the interior on the 71 was faded brown when I got it so I just decided to redo the whole interior red because I had just had the car painted red.
