New to the forum

Hello, I am a first time poster to this forum, but long time Olds man. I live in NC currently, but grew up in Michigan and lived in the Oldsmobile capital (Lansing) for 10 years. My current project is a 1970 Cutlass Supreme which is nearing completion. I am anxiously awaiting the day when I can cruise it again (projects take too long). I have reviewed the boards and have found a lot of good information on Oldsmobiles that isn't available elsewhere.

I will get some current pictures this weekend. The front bumper, grills and headlight covers should go on this weekend.

Here are some in progress pictures:

Welcome to the forum. See that you are using Por-15 on the floor pans. How do you like the stuff? I was thinking of buying some for my project.

Jamesbo- Hello neighbor! I am in High Point, NC

Rdrokit- The Por-15 is simply amazing stuff. Hard to describe, almost like a two part epoxy when it's dry.
A friend of mine said that he put it on a truck bumper bracket and that when they were done "sledge hammering" it to make it fit, there wasn't
a scratch on the brackets.

Welcome to CO, and what you said about projects taking too long is so true. But we learn patience from it, I guess.
