My name is Brian, and I hail from the Mile High City. I just purchased the beauty pictured below for my birthday a couple of days ago on the 5th. I have tons of questions that I would like to ask, and of course do all that I can to help others as well. Hopefully I'll be making new friends and learning a lot in the not too distant future.
Nice looking car! I drove a 68 Delta 88 4 door Holiday like your 67 for about 3 years. It was a FINE car and always got me into conversations with strangers at the gas pumps. You will love that car sir, enjoy.

Very nice. You don't see the four-door hardtop style of this very often, and they always look great with all the windows rolled down. I had a '67 D-88 convertible for about 10 years, selling it in January of last year.
What engine is in it? The base engine in these cars was a low-compression, 2-bbl carb version of the 425 putting out 300 hp, and there were three optional upgrades. My '67 had the next one up, a high-compression 2-bbl 425. Got me 10 more hp, but it needed premium fuel.
I like how the dealer script is still on the trunk lid. A piece of history, and you know where the car was originally sold (does it say Vidmar Mathis Pueblo, as in Pueblo, Colorado?) That dealer is still in business, or at least a descendant of it is, selling Honda. But Mr. Mathis is apparently no longer involved.
Nice '67 Delta! Holiday Sedan. They're rarely seen. We're visiting your fine city right now (Lakewood actually) at my daughter's house but we're from back east in upstate NY and always amazed at all the solid old cars we see all over here in CO. I'd be dead broke if I lived here, it's like a candy store compared to our rust-belt junk. 4DR hardtops are my favorite, I'm slowing bringing a '69 Cutlass Holiday Sedan from Oklahoma back to life. Enjoy your new Olds!
For now the only thing I know is that it is the 425 w/ a 4bbl carbuerator; I am researching how to determine its horsepower rating. It's my understanding that there are 425's w/ 360hp, and 375hp??? I am hoping that a site member will be able to help me.

365hp 10.25:1 compression, and 375hp 10.50:1 compression. probably the only way to tell without tearing the engine down, is to get a lighted scope down one of the spark plug holes, and look at the dish in the piston.
That looks like a real time capsule. Good luck with it. I'm curious what that 'all seeing eye' thing is that looks to be mounted outside the windshield on the cowl vent??
