Can anybody tell me what size engine come with the Oldsmobile 442 cutlass and is it a long or short block?

 

What year (it varied over the years)? And I think the correct terminology is "big" or "small" block.


Also, I would suggest starting your own thread in the newbie section, instead of glomming onto one that's four years old.

 

To clarify...a long block is an engine with the cylinder heads on it and a short block is with out.
