Just wanted to introduce myself

Hello all I am so darn excited to be a part of this website. I'll start by telling you a little bit about me. First and foremost I miss my dad, God called his name when he was only 54-year-old and he was my best friend. When I was younger I used to think that he was just being extremely hard on me because he never wanted kids and then I turned out to be a girl so that was even worse. But now that I'm older I realize he was just preparing me for when he wasn't here. Also I'm not scared to try something at least once. But I'm here for some guidance from you fellas. I inherited all of my dad's belongings and one of them was a 1983 H/O 307 15th anniversary edition,my daddy bought it when I only had 11 miles on it now it's only got 57,000. And if y'all see it right now you'd probably kick my *** just like my daddy would and I don't know why but I can't work on that car hell it took me almost a year to sit in it let alone drive it. My daddy loves his car so much he tried to see if he could be buried in it but the EPA shut that down real quick. So if you guys don't mind me picking your brain every now and then I'd like to stay.

They don't judge condition and they'll be tickled to find another one surviving.

Better than any antidepressants

Hey yall..

You all are better than any anti depressant. You made me feel like I'm blong somewhere I haven't felt that way a long time. So I'm sorry but you all are stuck with me. I'll get pictures up as soon as I can just FYI she's been sitting for 9 years. I had a week or 2 maybe a month tops in that 9 years that I actually got to drive her. And I've had Tom, Dick, Harry, harry's mom and tom's sister say that you're gonna work on the car and they can't. I'm so tired of waiting, i can hear him now"Bran "get your a** out there just do what I taught you. "You remember what I said?" "You gotta try everything at least once before you say I cant." ...I look forward to participating and just being welcomed.. And I know us newbie can be quite nerve wracking...but remember You are once a newbie, And how did it make you feel when somebody took the time to help you and kind of be a mentor.

As my dad would always say, "**** man"
Ty again

Welcome to CO. And a welcome to your car too. In South Texas you might hear, ¡precioso auto!

We've all been in your position with a car. The most fortunate of us had someone to guide us with changes and repairs, the rest of us learned the hard way. You are one of the fortunate ones, there are a lot of us who will be happy to guide you.

Welcome, love the car and the name! Sorry about your dad, but sure he's smiling down watching his daughter enjoy his car now.
Drive it, enjoy it, that's what I'd want my kids do.

And the members here who share their knowledge with those who need the help are incredible.
