Introduce myself---

Hey,
I just wanted to introduce the car I have waited 31 years for.
Not a numbers matching but solid and FAST!
She has a '72 455, 4 bbl, 4 spd, 9" Ford rear...
My son and I will have fun this summer taking her to the local shows.
Thanks for reading!

Thanks for the warm welcome boys!
Yeah...my son is 18 and loves the car almost as much as I do.
Anyone know how I can find out about the past owners of my car? From what Im reading its against the law for the DMV to give that info out. I just want to find out if its always been in Texas or if she moved around a bit. Don't care who owned her...
BTW you all have really good looking cars too! damn!

One thing that comes to mind is to pull a Carfax report. Among other things, It would tell you every time it had been sold and in what states it had been registered.

Welcome to the site! I got my Oldsmobile fanaticism as a result of my dad too. Best car on the road - regardless of the era! Enjoy the time you have with your boy!!

Welcome to CO!
Nice looking 442, looks to be in great shape. I hope you and your son have many great memories together in it, for many years to come.
