Looks like a real solid car to start with - I'm knee deep in a '55 4-Dr HT resto...wish mine was that nice to start!

Good luck

thanks to all
Great italian spoken here

The car was in Washington State till 2008. I did search for a fifties, rounded and less fins i can with a friends of mine who now live in Oregon, but he is Italian.
We did find this one on Craiglist: it was in the same family from 1956.
My friend bought it for me and drove it home.
About an year later we shipped the car to Italy.
After two bad experience now i have found the right mechanic.

They told me the car didnt start (it was an electric problem) and it has poor oil pressure (at now, it seems not but the guy is checking).
By the way, any suggestions on which oil to put in?

It has 80.000 miles, and was in better condition, but 2 years sleeping did some superficial rust problems..
Dash and overhead are perfect and all chrome and dash control work.
Seats have nice leather but the central tissue is gone.. i found it at SMS factory but i am planning to put a gold velvet, for now, to stay in cheap.

If anyone has suggestions u are wellcome..

La mia famiglia è di origine piacenzana - di una piccola paese fuori di Bobbio che se chiama Vaccareza - non molto lotano da Genova. La bisnonna è venuta negli Stati Uniti più che cent'anni fa.

Pasta noodles were brought back from China by Marco Polo and Pizza is originally Greek...however, if you like ice cream, that's Italiano
