Hello From Italy

Hi, I write from Italy
I have buy now a 1963 Oldsmobile Cutlass F-85 215 c.u. (from French)

Is in good condition, no rust, but need a refresh body before run in road.
And need new italian documents and plates..

You can send me a reliable list of specifications, datasheet of this car?
(on web I have not found satisfactory tecnichal specifications)

Thank’s!

Welcome!

Where are you in Italy?

There are 2 or 3 63 Cutlass owners in southern Germany. Maybe they have more info, even though I believe they are all convertibles!

Nice car! Are you going to have it repainted? How's the body?

Ralph

Welcome to our site, I think the car is in fact that light or pretty close to it. Just under 3,000 lbs would have been my un-educated guess. I think that engine was the aluminum one, right?

In Italy from North-West (near Turin, near border of French)

The body is healthy, not damaged or crash. only some point of ruined paint. the chassis is good.
Mechanical and engine is good.
Engine needs washing and carburetor need arrange or to replace..

Now I and the painter must decide if paint all car or only where it is necessary.

Welcome to CO

I like the baby Oldsmobiles. You have the 215 V8 which is great.

Good morning and welcome from Black Forrest,Germany
It`s a nice car,i love the colour I use to search for spare and wear parts every day. Most parts are rare and expensive. Many of them are specially made for the 1963 Model.Engine, drivetrain, breaks are the same as Buick Special and Buick Skylark 1963.Front end (steering) is the same as well.
I found a few dealers in ebay and elsewhere in the net.If you need something i will try to get you the right adress.Price for an original NOS Fuel pump with bowl is from 50 $ to 180 $ for example.Shipping from 33 $ to 58 $ for the same pump
Wish you the best to you and your little Olds,Martin

Hi,
In internet I found also a few dealers in USA and in on Ebay, but if you have already buy, what better dealers you have found?

(for 72 Buick Centurion I have buy some parts from a specialist Buick vendors in USA. other big parts vendors(carparts, partsbin, autoPartsWarehouse) don't ship in italy. RockAuto it's good, but they ship with various shipment and it's expensive!)

Now I have need:
Carburetor
Ignition key (1)
Wheel Cylinder Repair Kit Front (2)
Wheel Cylinder Repair Kit Rear (2)
Master Cylinder Repair Kit (1)
Coil (2)
Air filter (1)
Fuel pump mechanical (1)
Gasket Head cover (2)
Seal differential rear (2)

Thanks!
Regards
