Hi everyone! 70 Supreme here in NOVA!
Recently acquired a 1970 Cutlass Supreme. It has been re-painted, kept the S-Green, and is a good driver. I have a new top (blk) going on next week, and carpet. Body/frame is solid, and the original drive-train is all there. (I checked the #'s) The R-350 has a new Edelbrock 600, the Olds P-Intake, and headers. Runs great. Oh, NOVA is Northern VA!
With a few tweaks here and there, (mostly interior) it will pretty sweet. I love her, and it is my first Olds (first a-body in fact), and I am digging the experience. Here is a pic, and it looks better since I've taken this. I added the Cutlass side badges, detailed her, and better aligned the hood in front among other things inside & out. I will take new pics once the new top goes on. (yes, I know that is a 442 grill, I thought it looked better!) Looking forward to driving this car, and learning from the good folks on this forum.

Very nice. We will be making a trip to VA in less than two months. We will have our Convertible on the trailer till we get there. Taking my Dad for a ride is the entire purpose of the trip. We will spend some time in Virginia Beach than a few days in Alexandria to see some of the capital sights.
Welcome to a great sight. Nice car

Thanks all. I can't wait to get the new top. Granted, by the tag, it should be white, but I dig the green/black thing, and want the car to look more mean, less pretty. Looking forward to top-down cruising, never had a drop-top. (30 cars in my lifetime, so far)
Joe, thank you for the invitation, much appreciated. You have all those cars, currently? (!!) Do you know if there are any members that hail from my neck: Potomac Falls, 20165? Always nice to see if there is a person close by to ride with, or tag-team to events. I love that kind of thing.
I will say, and probably nothing the folks here have not heard, or experienced, but after being a uni-body guy for decades (Camaros, F-Birds, F-Bodies....) it is such a pleasure to ride in a body-on-frame, A-Body car, and one this nice to boot. It needs some TLC, but already I am enjoying the superior ride, and solid road feel the Cutlass provides. I also look forward to pulling into cruises/shows, and NOT seeing 10 of the same car I pulled in with! Nothing against those cars, I love them, and had a few gems......but, as I get older (a young 52), I like being a little on the outside of the bubble, if you will. I also have grown much more enamored with "honest cars", and this Cutlass qualifies, for the most part. (other than the top!!...lol). Seems like a great group of folks here too. I certainly have a lot to learn The Oldsmobiles are a bit different than my usual fare, no doubt. That, to me, is a wonderful thing.
