New from N.Y.

Hi All , I am new to this site and happily after 22 years of wanting a cutlass convertible I finally found my ride a week ago, here she is, a 1971 Cutlass Supreme ,69,xxx original miles, let me know what you guys think.

Also the hubcaps will be going in favor of some BFG's and some wheels to give it a more muscular stance.

nice, but my non-requested opinion is to keep the wheelcovers on. Dare to be different. Muy cool.

Sure is nice. Will this car stay as a Classy 71 Cutlass or get the OAI / spoiler / W-30 stripe treatment.

Nice car! Where in NY are you located? Some super stock wheels will look great on the car. Also the grills are originally a grey color, easy to change if you want. Good luck with it, they are very nice driving cars.

Sweet, much nicer than mine. I would also leave the wheels alone.

Thanks guys, no spoilers , stripes , or 442 badges, just some nice wheels and tires to finish her off, and maybe a dual exaust at some point. I am going to keep the white walls and hub caps incase I ever want to switch them back. here's a few more pics...

Welcome to Classicolds

So I see hills and a bunch of White Birch in the background. Are you in the Adirondacks or Catskills?

Welcome to the site, from a former NY'er. Congrats on your new ride, looks really nice. You find that locally or have it shipped in from elsewhere?
Best of luck with it!
