Hey There!

Afternoon All

My name is Kendra, I am from Stafford, Virginia... I've been a car enthusiast since I could remember, not sure where it came from because no one in my family was much of an enthusiast. To top it off I detail cars as a side "hobby" if you want to call it that, thoroughly enjoy photographing cars, and Photoshopping (for showboards and what not).

I had a love for 4-4-2's early on, probably before I knew what they really were... I was reminded of this love when "The Hitcher" remake was kicked out and was clad with a 4-4-2.

About two years ago I met my Fiancee through someone at work. Long story short I found out he had a 1972 4-4-2, I couldn't believe it. Later on I got hurt from one of my horses that was to lay me up for at least a year, he lugged me around in his '72 4-4-2 to all kinds of car shows and cruise-in's. He soon found out my enthusiasm for this "breed" of car and what possessed him I had no idea at the time. But, he bought me a '72 Cutlass Supreme.

So, as promised, the pictures. The Cutlass Supreme belongs to my Fiancee, but he firmly says it's mine (took me awhile to accept this given I didn't pay anything). The two Pontiac's are mine by title and purchase (though my fiancee chipped in some cash so I could get a reasonable loan for the G8)

Looking forward to interacting with you all

Cutlass (hoping for Cragar's at some point!):

Welcome, sweet rides, sounds like you got a couple of keepers, including the fiancee.

First, Welcome to C.O. Second, congratulations on your engagement.....
Gee, if he bought you a 72 Supreme and says its yours? I'd say 'Thanks' and enjoy the car! Just curious, is his 72 442 a W30 with a 455?

You guys have a nice stable of cars there. Sorry to hear you got hurt by one of the horses. Hope you made a full recovery.

I've grown accustomed to calling it mine and being extremely grateful for it. He claims he enjoys driving it more than his 4-4-2, it's a bit more loaded than his and handles much better. I was never fond of white in cars, but I so enjoy the Supreme . I have a hard time accepting things from people, especially a car . 'Course I tease him and say it was his fault for throwing the keys to his 4-4-2 when I asked to drive it and officially having me hooked on these cars

Indeed, that's what he has under the hood.

Fortunately after some surgery to reconstruct my ankle I'm good to go, still riding horses on a weekly basis as well. I've been in the horses too long to have an injury keep me from continuing to enjoy them. It was an inconvenience to be honest, young horse meets a challenge she couldn't quite handle and things just went South quickly.

Just a thought. For now keep the Supreme in white with the SSIII wheels. Use it for your wedding - it's already the same color as your dress. A classy car for a class couple! Might be a little tight getting into the back seat, but what the heck?

When my wife and I got married we used my 1983 98 Regency Brougham as the wedding car. It was white with the padded white roof and sunroof. It was a 4 ddor so easy in/out. Don't have the car anymore but I still have my wife! Kinda wish I'd also kept the car. Only got rid of it when gas started getting 'expensive' (2.25/gal ) Sure wish I'd been able to read a crystal ball better.

Very nice, although I'm not too fond of '72 Supreme's
