no it was not owned by the PD, a little history on mine, it was first owned by a Chief Master Sergent at Beal AFB Cali. (Color was red) I have all documents from the first owner including the order sheet. He owned the car up untill about 2009. He brought it to Florida in 1979. I have the transfer papers from that. Then a yong kid bought it from him and used it to repaint at an auto body school here in tampa FL. Thats where the bad paint job came from, its actualy a black pearl that realy glitters in the sun. But saddly he rushed it and it ran and bubbled. So i will now be getting it repainted black and im thinking of two toning it down the middle with the body lines. The car allso has 55k origional miles. Whats cool to me is the fact that it was 1st owned by an Air Force member and i allso am in the AF right now.
