Help with AC

Hope all is well guys, its been awhile but I'm looking for info. I'm working on my AC, I have it running. However when I move the ac controller to high its stops blowing. But as long as I have it on medium it blows. Do I need to replace the switch or is it a different part I'm needing. Thank in advance for all info.

Welcome. There is a separate relay and in-line fuse along the firewall for the high speed setting so check those. Common problem so do a search for more info. Goggle often works better (include Classic Oldsmobile) than the search within the forum.

High speed uses a separate power source from the medium speeds. The problem could be the fuse noted above, the relay that switches it, or the switch on the control panel.
