I joined your group about a month ago. I am a previous 442 owner. I had a 1971 W-25 coupe when I was in college many years ago. I enjoy new and old cars and have had several old corvettes and camaros. I will be looking for a 1971 convertible in the near future so I have been checking out the for sale section of the forum.

btw, how do you post pictures to your thread? I would like to share pictures of the '71 442.

Welcome to the sight. There are several of us in the DFW area.

 

Click on the "post reply" tab and scroll down until you see the "Manage attachments" tab, click it and browse your pics to find the ones that you want to post, right click, and use "select" to download, they may have to be resized to post here.

 

Thanks, Here are some pictures of my old car. It was Nordic blue with a blue vinyl top, blue interior and black stripes. I never saw another one in this color combination since.

No, I do not do much internet postings. However, I have been to most of the big car shows and auctions in the DFW area.

More Texas welcomes. I sold a 67 Chevy pick up truck to a young man and his grandfather in Heath quite a few years ago. They said they were going to restore it. Wonder if they ever did? Anyway, good to have more Texas members.
