In answer to John's question- well, yes- I've been in Portland this entire time. This is the very first car I ever purchased. I bought it in July of 1975 (for $800-), it was my high school ride too!

Over time, I just decided it was too cool to part with- so I've kept it. Pretty good move in hindsight...

Citcapp- no mods or upgrades. The car is numbers matching, all stock. Greg Rollin from Supercars Unlimited supervised a very complete restoration in 1987-1990.

I'm just up the road from you. If you get the bug, come to the South Sound 442 car show in Centralia in mid-July. If you belong to the Olds club there in Portland, they know all about it and you can get the specific date from them. You've got a beautiful car! Randy C.

I was going to run up to Centralia with Greg Rollin, but the weather didn't cooperate.

My plan is to make it in 2010. I've got to get the car out more this year. Looking forward to meeting you.

az442 nice picture of the hemi? 455 olds, curious if any get on the market.
read that was a testmodel and never releaced in 1970?
