Hello From NY

Pretty basic intro.
Into rebuilding gbody's especially cutlass's. Currently working on a 1987 Olds Cutlass Supreme. Also into drag and street racing. Hence why my new project car is going to be geared towards more a sleeper.
this will be the first time building and olds motor -can't wait. Done the "others" way to many times and has become "routine"

Thanks everyone for the welcome. Let me restate the whole "street racing" thing. I don"t street race per say but when the little import with the tinted windows,$4000 stereo and "zoomie" muffler rev's it next to me at a light I DO show the meaning of american muscle and H.P. to them.....I am sure everyone here can relate.
will post some pics later on.

thanks - yeah, i bought the car from the original owner, he had everything for it, with it including a set of 15 rims (pictured) and a set of 14's steel with the olds wire hub caps. I even have the buisness card from the sales man that sold him the car. I got it so cheap because the man was unable to drive any more and he wanted to "pass along" his baby to someone that would appreciate it.

Welcome aboard, and what a great deal. Any yes, I do understand about the ricer's needing to be put in their place. Funny thing is, I've noticed that there is a lot less of them on the road lately. What a shame!
