Hello 1968 Convertible Cutlass

I have a 1968 Cutlass Convertible. Mostly a chevy guy but I have to admit nothing beats a great looking Oldsmobile. got a question for you folks, I have some 400 headers, will they fit on a 350? (oldsmobile engines). also, when pulling the motor is it easier to pull both the transmission and engine or separate them? your input is appreciated.

The Olds 400, 425, and 455 are called big blocks because they have about a 1" taller deck height than the small blocks (260, 307, 330, 350, and 403). The headers are different due to the deck height difference.

Welcome to the site, post some picks for us. The 400 headers a for a BBO, while they will bolt to the head it is not recommended. Whether to pull them both at the same time is a personal preference. In most cases, if I'm going to work on both I pull them both. Its easier to reassemble them out of the car and replace as a unit.
