Thank God for Google! I am a lifelong Oldsmobile admirer who is in the process of acquiring a 1982 Custom Cruiser. I believe that warrants signing up for this forum. I look forward to getting to know you.

So tell us the story. What attracts you to a 28 year old station wagon? I have a Custom Cruiser myself ('73), and I know what attracted ME to it. I like to hear other people's station wagon stories.

Also, and not to take anything away from this very good site, you might also check out www.stationwagonforums.com. True kindred spirits over there. They cater to every station wagon ever built, so it's often hard to find someone with your specific wagon if you have a specific question about it (classicoldsmobile.com is better for this), but they can talk station wagons all day long.
