I have a 1964 Olds Cutlass F85 2door coupe, 330 4v that was originally purchased new by my Grandparents. My Grandpop died in 1969 and the car was driven on occasion by my Granmom. She didn't like to drive but kept the car just in case she needed it. I liked cars as a young child partly because of my Granpop always bought me a Matchbox Car each time I got to go with him on delivers for the day. The family owned a bakery in Atlantic City. I started taking care of it at age 14 in hopes my Granmom would turn over the keys once I get my license in 1976. Didn't happen, but I kept the car in pristine condition for when the day she would decide she would no longer need it.
In 1998 she handed me the keys; I'm now 38, she was 81.
I drive it each Summer on weekends depending where I'm going. It now has 41000 miles and still looks great. Some paint has cracked where a repair was done in 1966 on the rear driver side fender so I will have to get that repaired. My son couldn't wait to drive it when he got his license in 2014. I'm sure Gmom and Gpop are smiling in heaven knowing 4 generations have enjoyed the car.
The car still resides in Gmoms garage where it has been since new, however, Gmom passed in 2001 and my aunt has lived in the house since.
Just recently the master cylinder failed and I'm replacing that along with the wheel cylinders and shoes. There is a leak from one of the freeze plugs which is inaccessible and will need to be fixed before I run it again.
I'm looking forward to being a part of the forum and hearing about the stories related to each members car. I've always loved Oldsmobiles!
Super great story. That 64 is very unique. Most F-85's were undesirable colors etc. That is a super super cool car. Make the shout out to how many gold 64 F-85's that there are. You will hear crickets. I love that it has gone four generations. Get out of here. Awesome story and linneage. Thank you for sharing.

Nice ride. You are probably the only other person on here that knows the beverage of choice in South Jersey Boost from the Drink A Toast Company, specially in slushy form.
